Terms of Service for Ordr by Aiis

Last Updated: October 14, 2026

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ordr ("we," "our," or "us"), the multi-tenant AI commerce platform operated at ordrai.chat. By creating an account, connecting channels, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

ordr provides software for AI-assisted customer conversations, commerce flows (products, orders, bookings, payments), social automations across supported channels (including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and web chat), marketing tools, analytics, and tenant administration. Features available to you depend on your plan, entitlements, and connected integrations.

We may update, add, or remove features as the product evolves. Material reductions to paid plan capabilities will be communicated through the product or account email when practical.

3. Accounts & Tenant Responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, team seat access, and all activity under your tenant. Keep contact and billing information accurate. You must promptly revoke access for users who leave your organization.

Each tenant remains responsible for its own catalog, pricing, fulfillment, customer communications, and compliance with laws that apply to its business (including consumer, advertising, and messaging rules in its markets).

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ordr to:

Scrape, automate browsers against, or use unofficial clients for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger) for publish, reply, DM, or engagement
Automate inauthentic engagement such as fake likes, follows, reactions, or spammy mass outreach
Bypass rate limits, cadence caps, content-variety checks, or other Meta-safe product guards
Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content
Probe, disrupt, or overload the platform, other tenants, or connected providers
Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement

5. AI, Messaging & Meta Integrations

Social messaging and publishing features use official Meta Graph APIs and other supported provider APIs. You must maintain valid OAuth connections, required App Review / Advanced Access permissions, and comply with Meta and channel policies.

Automated outbound actions are subject to product rate limits and cadence rules (including Instagram Content Publishing constraints and WhatsApp 24-hour customer care / approved-template rules). AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete; you remain responsible for reviewing high-impact replies, offers, and order outcomes for your customers.

6. Customer & Order Data

As a merchant/tenant, you control customer identifiers, message content, orders, bookings, and related commerce records you submit or generate through ordr. You represent that you have a lawful basis to process that data and to instruct ordr to process it to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Plans, Billing & Usage

Paid plans, trials, credits, and usage-based entitlements are described in the product and pricing surfaces. Fees are due according to the selected plan and payment method. We may suspend or limit access for unpaid balances, abuse, or plan-limit exhaustion. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

ordr, Aiis, and related software, branding, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your business content, catalogs, and customer data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the service.

9. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third parties such as Meta, payment providers (for example Paymob and other configured gateways), Shopify/WooCommerce, and messaging platforms. Their terms and availability apply in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those providers.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI automation does not guarantee sales, delivery success, or uninterrupted channel access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to ordr for the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal risk, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends; data retention follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account.
