How is Ordr priced?
A monthly plan in USD that unlocks platform features and includes a monthly AI credit allowance. Current plan names and prices are listed on this page from the live packages endpoint.
What are AI credits?
A unit of AI usage. Every AI reply is metered by the tokens it reads and writes, so a short order confirmation costs less than a long troubleshooting chat. Credits are the allowance those replies draw down.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Cost tracks customer conversations and AI usage, not how many staff accounts you create.
Are WhatsApp message fees included?
No. Official WhatsApp Business API message fees stay on your own Meta billing. Ordr charges the platform plan only.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. Card signup starts a 14-day free trial (card required; charged after day 14; cancel anytime in trial). InstaPay (available in Egypt) is pay-now activation with no trial. You can also try the live demo without signup.
