Ordr charges a monthly plan in USD that includes a monthly AI usage allowance. AI replies are metered per token, so the bill follows how much your customers actually talk to you — not how many seats you buy.

Do you charge per seat or per agent?
No. Cost tracks customer conversations and AI usage, not how many staff accounts you create.
What happens if I use more AI than my plan includes?
Usage beyond the included allowance is billed as usage rather than cutting the AI off mid-conversation. Some plans are pay-as-you-go with no fixed monthly cap at all. The pricing page shows which is which.
Can I see what the AI is costing me?
Yes. Usage is recorded per conversation, per channel, and per model, and the dashboard reports credits used against credits included, with a CSV export.
